Buying A Course
Online training provides the flexibility to study when and where you like. Each course allows you to choose the duration over which you would like to study. All courses come as a course and exam bundle.
The flexibility of online study means that you can choose how long you would like to complete your course. Each course comes with 2 options, with the longer option being a slightly higher cost.
What Happens Next?
Once you have paid for your course, you will receive a confirmation email detailing your purchase. Within 24 hours of the confirmation email, you will receive a further email with your Learner Portal log in details. If you do not receive this within 24 hours of purchase, please email us at info@cyclopzgroup.training
You will have 28 days to start your course. If there is compulsory reading accompanying your course, it is advisable to wait for your reading materials before starting the course. In the meantime, feel free to log in to the portal and familiarise yourself with it.
If you have not started your course by the 28th day, it will automatically go live and you will receive an email to let you know your course has begun.
Tutor Support
Every course includes tutor support so if you have any questions regarding the course content, you can email a tutor to get the answers you need.
24/7 Technical Support
If you experience any technical difficulties during your studies, there are immediate fault finding FAQs available on the Learner Portal. Should you need to escalate the problem, you can contact the technical support team 24/7. Issues are generally resolved within a few hours so disruption to your studies will be minimal.
