The Learning Experience

Within 24 hours of purchasing your course, you will receive an email from the Learning Portal with your joining instructions.  The Portal will give you access to your course and all associated study guides and information, course tutors and technical support.

You will have 28 days to begin your course so you can select a start date that fits in with your schedule.  This is particularly helpful if you need to delay the start whilst you wait for any compulsory reading material to arrive. Read more about compulsory reading material here.

If you haven't started your course within the 28 day period, you will receive an email to notify you that your course will begin automatically.  If you do not complete your course in the time frame that you purchased, you can buy a time extension package.  Read more about time extension packages here.

Once you have completed your course and are ready, you will request your exam in your Learner Account.  Read more information about taking the exam here.
