ITIL® V3 Intermediate Certificate In Release, Control & Validation (RCV) module is one of the certifications in the ITIL® Service Capability work stream. This course focuses on the practical application of RCV practices in order to enable the successful planning, testing and implementation of new services that meet the organisation's or users' needs.
Designed to develop organisation's or individuals' understanding of the ITIL Service Transition processes, this course provides the knowledge needed to manage transitional changes effectively, to ensure that new services are verified and tested correctly and that release and deployment meet organisational requirements.
The exam is mandatory when taking this course and has been included in the price shown.

|Delegates must hold the ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management (ITIL V3 or later, or ITIL V2 + the V2-V3 Foundation Bridge|

|2 years IT experience is desirable|
