The ITIL® 4 Foundation training is accredited by Peoplecert and is designed to introduce delegates to the management of modern IT-enabled services. Learn the language of IT service management and key concepts that will allow you to improve your work and the work of your organisation using the ITIL® 4 guidance.
Delegates will gain an understanding of the ITIL 4 service management framework and how it has evolved to adopt modern technologies and ways of working
Who's it for?
The online Foundation course is introductory level, designed for delegates who are either new to ITIL or who have some ITIL experience and are looking to get certified and demonstrate this. The Foundation course is a pre-requisite for delegates wanting to progress to higher level ITIL 4 training courses.
Course Pre-requisites
This course does not require any existing knowledge of the ITIL framework. There are no mandatory pre-requisites for the exam.
